How to watch
Turn off the lights — and let the screen disappear.
OLED worlds reveal themselves in complete darkness: the black screen blends into the darkness, and the coals or fish appear as if from nothing. No visible screen edges — just you, the darkness and a world coming to life.
How to watch- Make sure your surroundings are completely dark.
- Turn off automatic screen rotation.
- Turn off automatic brightness adjustment and set screen brightness to 100%.
- Three Coals: set the volume to 70–80%.
- Golden Fish: set the volume to 50–60%.
- Place your phone on a table or stand with the screen facing up.
- Choose a delay of 1, 3 or 5 minutes. Give your eyes time to adjust to the darkness.
Three Coals
Once the coals begin to glow, try blowing on them or touching them. Blowing requires microphone access.
Golden Fish
Try touching the fish. Microphone access is not needed.
